Acceptance

By browsing appspringpoint.click or requesting an engagement, you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a hospital, clinic, or other organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

Services described

Pages describing healthcare operations dashboards and patient flow analytics engagements are informational. A binding scope, fee, and schedule exist only in a written confirmation or statement of work issued by Appspringpoint after a scoping discussion.

Intellectual property

Website copy, layout, and graphics remain the property of Appspringpoint. Deliverables produced under a paid engagement are licensed to the commissioning client for internal operational use unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not resell our maps, briefing packs, or reporting layouts to third parties without consent.

Client responsibilities

You remain responsible for lawful access to premises, compliance with patient privacy rules, and accuracy of any extracts you provide. We do not require identifiable patient clinical records for standard assessments.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law, Appspringpoint is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use or from operational decisions your organisation makes after receiving our analysis. Our aggregate liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

Website availability

We aim to keep the site available but do not warrant uninterrupted access. Content may change without notice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or related engagements, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where they apply.
