Privacy notice
This notice explains how Appspringpoint handles personal data from website visitors and enquiry contacts. Last updated 20 August 2026.
Data controller
Appspringpoint, Argyle Centre, Mong Kok, Hong Kong, is the data controller for personal data collected through appspringpoint.click and related enquiry channels. Contact: info@appspringpoint.click, phone +85223910141.
What we collect
When you submit the contact form we receive your name, email address, optional engagement interest, and message contents. If you call or email us, we keep the details needed to respond. Server logs may record IP address and basic technical metadata for security.
Purpose and legal basis
We use enquiry data to reply, schedule scoping conversations, and deliver commissioned work. We process this information because you requested a response or because we need it to perform a contract. Analytics cookies, if accepted, help us understand aggregate visit patterns; see our cookies page.
Patient data
Standard engagements are designed around timestamps and location markers. If a client later shares limited operational extracts, those remain under the client’s control as data user; we process them only as instructed for the engagement and do not use them for marketing.
Retention
Unsuccessful enquiries are typically deleted or anonymised within 24 months. Contract and invoice records are kept for up to seven years to meet accounting and legal requirements in Hong Kong. Cookie consent choices remain in your browser until you clear storage.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may use email or hosting providers who process data on our instructions. If a legal obligation requires disclosure, we will share only what is necessary.
International transfers
Our primary operations are in Hong Kong. If a processor stores data outside Hong Kong, we select providers with appropriate safeguards and contractual protections.
Your rights
Subject to Hong Kong personal data principles, you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of personal data we hold about you, and you may object to certain processing. Contact us using the details above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data, Hong Kong.
Updates
We may revise this notice when our practices or legal requirements change. The date at the top will reflect the latest version.
