Cookies
This page explains what cookies are, which ones Appspringpoint uses, and how you can manage them. Related details sit in our privacy notice.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site remember preferences or understand how pages are used. Similar technologies such as localStorage may store consent choices.
How we use cookies
We use essential cookies and storage to remember your cookie preference and keep basic site functions working. If you accept analytics cookies, we may measure aggregate visits to improve navigation and content about healthcare operations dashboards and patient flow analytics. Rejecting analytics does not block browsing, forms, or engagement enquiries.
Cookies we use
| Name | Purpose | Duration | Provider |
|---|---|---|---|
| appspringpoint_cookie_consent | Stores whether you accepted or rejected optional cookies | Until cleared (localStorage) | Appspringpoint |
| aps_session | Essential stability for form submission flow on some hosts | Session | Appspringpoint |
| _aps_analytics | Optional aggregate visit measurement (set only after Accept) | 6 months | Appspringpoint |
Managing and disabling cookies
Use Accept or Reject on our banner when it appears. You can clear site data in your browser settings to reset the choice. Browser controls also let you block cookies entirely; essential storage may then reset on each visit.
Third-party cookies
Embedded fonts may cause your browser to contact Google Fonts. We do not load third-party advertising cookies. If we add a future analytics vendor, this table will be updated before activation.
Impact of disabling
Rejecting optional analytics does not remove access to rates, field notes, or the contact form. Blocking all cookies may require you to see the banner again on later visits.
