What changes the estimate
- Number of wards, specialty clinics, or arrival points in scope
- Need for evening, weekend, or public-holiday observation
- Whether bilingual briefing materials (English / Chinese) are required for governance packs
- Travel beyond the urban core when sites sit far from Mong Kok
Payment shape
A 30% deposit reserves dates. The balance is invoiced at handoff. Retainer work for the monthly operations narrative is billed at the start of each month. We do not offer subscription software tiers — you are paying for delivered observation and analysis.
Deposits and changes
Rescheduling with at least seven days’ notice carries no fee. Shorter notice may forfeit part of the deposit when observers are already booked. Full terms sit on our refund page.
